If you found your Bollard products acting weird in terms of the brightness output. Please follow the below instruction to pair it with WiZ. Once it's paired, we will trigger the auto-update and the issue will be fixed then.
How to update your device?
- Power-cycle your Bollard until it is pusling in blue (as the right-hand side of below picture)
- Open WiZ app, and pair the device into WiZ
