We recommend using an SDHC card of 32GB or less, even though the camera can support up to 2TB micro SD cards.

Note: as of now there is a known limitation for certain types of SDXC card with higher capacity and specific transfer rates may not be properly configurable by the camera, as it can be due to SD card hardware and transfer speed capabilities. Our teams are working on resolving this limitation shortly.

If the SD card is well recognized and configured by the camera, you will see a simple info card as per below.

If the SD card is not recognized and configured well by the camera, you will see the red icon information message as per below.

If you have inserted an SD card and the camera settings page does not recognize it, attempt to eject and reinsert the card once more. If the issue persists, please ensure that the SD card is SDHC with a capacity of 32GB or less.
