Recording durations
Pre-recording time is the time that will be kept for a video before the event is detected. This is done using a short buffering of up to 5 seconds which is then kept and added to the recording if/when the recording is started. The buffering is discarded if no event is started.
Post recording time is the time that will be added to a recording after it is started. You can adjust the duration from 10 seconds to 90 seconds (1m30s).
Cooldown
Cooldown is the minimum length of time that the camera needs to wait after creating an event of a certain type before creating an event of the same type again. Cooldown can be adjusted between 0 to 15 minutes.
Note that if you have notifications activated, having a very low cooldown would result in multiple events being created and multiple notifications being sent. For example if you only want a notification every 10 minutes when there is activity in front of the camera, we would then recommend having cooldown set to 10 minutes.
Audio recording
You can decide to exclude audio from every recording the camera will do. Note that by default the audio is included in the recordings.
