Yes, you can. Google, Alexa and SmartThings all support both Matter and existing integration with WiZ.

But here would have one edge case:

• You already integrated your home with Google/ Alexa/ SmartThings
• You try to setup your WiZ home device again to your Google/ Alexa/ SmartThings home via Matter
• It would work, and you might see a new device appears in the home. It is the duplication of the existing device in your home. 

The above won't influence the function at all, but indeed not ideal as user experience. WiZ team is fully aware of this and currently working with all the above partners to optimise it.
