To run Music sync, your smartphone and lights must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and you will need to allow the WiZ app access to your phone's microphone.
Also, Music sync only works when the WiZ app is running in the foreground and is open to the Music Sync page.
In case Music sync is not starting when you tap on the "play" button, make sure that:
- your WiZ lights are powered on
- your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network, or router, as the WiZ lights
- you have allowed the WiZ app access to microphone in the smart device's OS setting
- your WiZ app is running in the foreground and is open to the Music Sync page
Note:
If you have a Wi-Fi mesh network, some lights may sporadically get connected to a different network. In this case, they will not respond to Music sync.
