The main differences between the two remotes are:

• The infrared WiZmote does not feature any indicator LED, whereas the Wi-Fi version has a blue LED located between the ON and OFF buttons
• The infrared WiZmote was produced in glossy white finish, and a few thousands were also released in glossy black (limited run). The Wi-Fi WiZmote comes exclusively is satin black finish
• The plastic piece located on the top of the infrared remote is translucent black (in order to make way for the infrared light), whereas it is opaque black (same finish as the rest of the remote) on the Wi-Fi remote
