Depending on your OS and available offers and plans for your app store geographical market, you may be able to change to another format of the plan.

It can be to change the way of paying (monthly, yearly,..) or the coverage of the plan (1 WiZ Home, multiple WiZ Homes,..). Note that the change should be effective immediately once the application store has processed it, and you would then be under the new plan.
