Battery life
The dial switch should last around 9 months on single charge, counting around 20 "actions" per day (an "action" is for example turning off or changing the brightness by one increment...).
Charging time
The dial switch takes around 2 hours to reach full charge.
Low battery indicators
- When the battery level is good, the LED ring around the central button will light up in white for 0.5 every time you press on a button or turn the rotary dial.
- When the switch is in low battery, but still enough to operate, the LED ring around the central button will instead light up in red when you use the switch. You may want to recharge the switch soon.
- When the switch is in very low battery (too low to operate), the LED ring will blink three times in red whenever you press a button. You will not be able to use the switch anymore until you recharge it.
Charge indicators
When you plug the switch onto a USB-C cable for charging, a small red light will turn on next to the USB port.
Once the switch is fully charged, the LED indicator will change to green.
