Music sync only works when the WiZ app is running in the foreground and is open to the Music Sync page. Also, your phone microphone must not being used for anything else.

The Music sync session will be stopped or paused if:

• your smartphone or tablet receives a phone call or an emergency message
• you navigate out of the Music sync page in the WiZ app
• you close the WiZ app or send another app to the foreground

Also, lights running Music sync will quit the Music Sync session once they receive another command from the app, the smart accessory or an automation event such as Schedule or Motion sensing.
