• Make sure the devices you want to use for SpaceSense are within the same physical space
  • Place your processor devices at least 2 meters / 6.5ft. away from the beacon. SpaceSense may still work if the distance is shorter, but accuracy may decrease.
  • Place your processor devices within 6 meters of the beacon. SpaceSense may still work if the distance is greater, but accuracy may decrease
  • We recommend to place the beacon towards the center of the room, while processors are best suited in the corners and near the walls
  • Make sure that the devices you want to use for SpaceSense are on the same Wi-Fi channel. If you are using a Wi-Fi mesh system, this usually means having those devices connected to the same access point. SpaceSense will not work if devices are using different Wi-Fi channels
