Two kinds of WiZ lights exist. WiZ Colors, and WiZ Whites. WiZ Whites lights offer lighting capabilities ranging from warm white to cool white only.
You can have both WiZ Whites and WiZ Colors lights within a same room. However, it is not possible to create a mixed group.
If you select a whole room containing both types of lights, and apply a color light mode, only the WiZ Colors lights will react, and WiZ Whites lights will not change their light mode, since they cannot emit color.

On the right is the packaging of a WiZ Colors bulb, note the "blue" bottom of the screw.
On the WiZ website, you can see the difference of lights being available in Colors or Whites by checking the visual indicator under the lamp. The Hero is only available in Colors, whereas the A-E26 is available in Colors, or in Whites only.
