Connect sync box to media source and TV
The connection should go like:
Your HDMI media device -> WiZ sync box -> TV
- Plug a HDMI media device (streaming stick, set-top box, gaming console) to the HDMI IN port on the sync box
- Use the included HDMI cable to connect the OUT/TV port on the sync box to an HDMI port on your TV
Set up in the WiZ app
- Download the WiZ app and create a Home in the app.
- Power on with the toggle switch on the box. The WiZ app will find the Sync box using Bluetooth.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the Sync box to Wi-Fi.
Note: If your home has two networks, connect your phone to the 2.4GHz one (not the 5GHz network).
Note: The HDMI sync box and TV backlight strip will be set up as one single device in the WiZ app. There is no need to set them up seperately.
