- Step 1: To update the device, as each Matter certificate is unique to the device, please tap on each device for downloading the Matter information. Please also make sure the device is online, otherwise, it would fail.

- Step 2: Once the Matter information is downloaded, you shall see the Matter setup QR code and numeric code here. Please note the setup code (QR and numeric) is unique to that device only.
