Sports Live only works during live games. Outside of live games, your lights will not react.

If a game is live but your lights aren’t responding check: 

  • Your WiFi connection 
  • Sports Live is turned on (the toggle in the top-right should be blue) 
  • Your device is online 
  • If your device is currently running a schedule or automation 
  • You're following the competition. Use the instructions HERE 
  • You've pressed play on the live game card
  • Your device is configured to the competition. Use the instructions HERE 
  • Your app (1.34.2 or higher) and firmware (1.37.0 or higher) are up to date
