To make lights other than the TV backlight strip sync to the TV with the HDMI sync box, you need to add them to the TV area in the WiZ app and configure their positions to match to their physical location.

1. Tap on the Settings icon in the Video sync page then tap on the TV room card to select lights to add.

2. Once lights are selected, drag each light icon in the 3D TV room to set its position. You have to position the lights to match their physical location around the TV screen so they can sync correctly.

Tap on the Location and Height button on above the TV room to switch between the 2 configuration. While adjusting the Location and Height, the light icon will change color to match to the section of the TV screen it would sync with.

3. You can tap on (+) to add more lights or tap on (-) to delete an existing light.

4. Tap on SAVE to save your configuration and go back to the Settings page.

Note: Lights added in a TV area but missing a position configuration will be shown in beige color. If TV sync starts, lights with no position specified will only emit warm white light and will not sync with the TV.

Dual zone lights:

When a dual zone light (i.e. Gradient Light Bars, Squire table lamp, Pole floor light) is selected, two icons will appear in the TV room to represent zone A and zone B. You can set the position of the two zones seperately.

Gradient Floor Light:

When a Gradient Floor light light is selected, a linear icon will appear in the TV room. As you adjust its Height, the bar will display gradient multi-colors to match to the different sections of the TV screen.

Note: only the Gradient Floor Lamp is gradient-capable in TV sync at this moment. More products will
support gradient TV sync in the coming months.
