Special offers are for specific markets or for specific bundles which include some QR codes to be scanned to unlock the offer.

A QR code would be present on the inner packaging of the product, giving access to either a redemption code or a special plan you would be able to subscribe to.

Note that usually, those QR codes can only be scanned once, so make sure you are ready to activate the offer when scanning the code and completing the process. If you encounter any issue, please contact our in-app support chat.

Note that some Special offers can push you to subscribe to another plan to benefit from it on Android.
