There isn't currently a way to turn off these notifications while Sports Live is enabled. 

Notifications appear 10 minutes before a live game and automatically disappear 10 minutes after it ends.

To stop receiving notifications, you’ll need to disable Sports Live by turning off the toggle (so it’s no longer blue).
