The way SpaceSense detects movements depends on where and how the products are physically placed in your room, so each situation is unique.

Once SpaceSense is activated for a room, you can go to SpaceSense Settings, and navigate to the Sensitivity section. 

The Start Calibration button will display in your app a visualization of how much SpaceSense senses motion for each of your devices defined as processors. To do so, your smartphone needs to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the devices.

The sensitivity threshold for motion detection is visualized as a level in the app, and each time a bar crosses that threshold, the bar color is highlighted. This way you can test which movement gets detected or not.

The visualization graphs will be displayed for 10 minutes to help you play use cases, such as having your pet run around in the room and decide to adjust sensitivity to have the lights react or not to their motion.
