In very rare occurences, the app token used for authentication with the system may get corrupted or lose validity.
In that case, please follow those steps:
If you have signed-in with a third-party authenticator, please go to user settings, sign-out (top right corner), and sing-in again with any of your registered third-party authenticator.
If you are using the app as anonymous and were a member of a home which has other owners, you can ask the other owners to invite you again into the home, and you would be recreated into this home as a new user.
If you are using the app as anonymous and the home you were member of has no other owner, please go to the in-app chat in th Support center on Discover page. Contact support agent and describe the situation of a lost token, and the agent will ask you questions regarding your home and see to re-establish access.
