Welcome to the WiZ Pro Setup FAQs.

WiZ Pro Setup is an app dedicated to installers and providing some functionalities matching non-residential usecases.

This app allows you to:
  • Have an Installer account linked with an e-mail address, hosting all the Projects you work on in one place
  • Create Sites in the WiZ Pro backend, so that they can also use WiZ Pro Dashboard later on for advanced functionalities for building managers.
  • Get access to Sites already existing in WiZ Pro backend using commissioning codes (not during the first stage of the Beta)
  • Add Products to your site even before any Wi-Fi network is deployed. You can do that offsite or onsite, both options are supported and blend seamlessly without having to think about it. So you can add Devices such as lamps but also Accessories (not during the first stage of the Beta) to create a perfect demo before anybody even install a Wi-Fi network.
  • Define rooms and their configurations, note that all those settings are kept in the cloud so that your clients will have them by default the first time they get access to their environment in WiZ app and WiZ Pro Dashboard
  • Do a handover of the Site, delivering your work to your clients via automated system e-mails and ensuring passing of ownership and access control of the environment
