It happens that some device appears not compatible for installation.

Case 1:
If the device does not have Bluetooth capabilities or has been manufactured before February 2021, it indeed cannot be installed using WiZ Pro Setup app.
In that case, please refer to pro.wizconnected.com and follow the steps to install the device using the WiZ app (invite the WiZ app as member to the Site after handover or to the existing Site, from the WiZ Pro Dashboard).

Case 2:
Some products with Bluetooth capabilities and manufactured after February 2021 proved to have issues with the Bluetooth update when an iOS phone is used. You can try using the app with an Android phone if available and it may resolve it.
If it is still not resolved, please refer to pro.wizconnected.com and follow the steps to install the device using the WiZ app (invite the WiZ app as member to the Site after handover or to the existing Site, from the WiZ Pro Dashboard).
Once installed using the WiZ app, the device will update the firmware using the Wi-Fi connection. You can afterwards decide to use it right away, or it can also be deleted and commissioned in WiZ Pro Setup if you wish so ( the firmware update fixes the issue).
