If you select the Delete button on top right, you will get prompted with the details of the account deletion process.

Signing into your account while deletion is pending will cancel the deletion.

This is a safety mechanism in case you deleted the account by mistake.

Note that if you are using the account on multiple phones, deleting the account will delete it for all the phones. If you want to only stop using the account on some of the phones, select to "Sign out" of the account on those phones.

Once the full deletion is done, the data will be completely anonymised and even our support team will not be able to restore your account, nor get any of it back. your e-mail address will then be able to be used to create a new account.
