Adding Products is quick and easy with any new WiZ Pro capable device.

Power the devices on and they should appear in the app within 10 to 20 seconds.

Then, select them to run all the necessary steps for local addition into the app. It may take a few seconds to a few minutes depending if the product needs to be updated to the latest firmware version.

If you are repurposing a product which had already been installed in the WiZ system, go check the dedicated FAQ as you may need to force the product into installation mode again, forcing it to forget its past network.
