WiZ Pro Setup app relies on your mobile device to be connected to the internet for usage.
Please connect your phone to the internet (via Wi-Fi or data plan) and wait a bit for the app to refresh or restart the app to synchronize content.

Each time you do an action in WiZ Pro Setup and sync it to the devices, it is also backed up in WiZ cloud, making it seamless after handover for the connected devices to keep all the settings you specify and deliver greater value to your clients.

When you have lost connectivity, you will see an information message, which will disappear once you regain connectivity.
