We've recently found an issue with the Linear product (*model ID: 127420) that may cause a broken Matter experience. Thus, we strongly suggest you update the device if you would like to try Matter. 

How to update your device?

  • Go to “Settings > Integrations"
    Settings page
  • Choose "Matter"   
     Integrations page
  • Tap your ”Linear” 
     Matter page
  • It might load for a few seconds
     Loading state
  • Once the new pairing code is generated, the device should be updated

*Please be aware that once you've done the above flow, the new QR code and 11-digit code on app would be different from the ones in your packaging. Please use the codes on app.
