In the factory setting, the TV backlight and lights added in the TV area would turn on automatically when the media source (the HDMI device connected to the Sync box) starts providing signals. The lights would turn off automatically when the media source stops providing signals.

This is configured so that you won't need an extra tap in your app to turn on your TV sync lights - they would just turn on and start sycing when you switch on your media device.

Please note: 

• Some media devices continuously send video signals even when in stand-by mode. In this case, the lights would turn on even when the TV screens is turned off.
• If you switch off the TV but keep your media device runnig, the auto-switching setting will not apply.

You can disable the Auto Switching feature or customize the behaviour in the Settings from the Video sync page. You can set the lights to turn on with a defined mode, turn off, or have no action whenever the media source starts or stops providing signals.
