Sports Live only works during live games. Outside of live games, your lights will not react.
If a game is live but your lights aren’t responding check:
- Your WiFi connection
- Sports Live is turned on (the toggle in the top-right should be blue)
- Your device is online
- If your device is currently running a schedule or automation
- You're following the competition. Use the instructions HERE
- You've pressed play on the live game card
- Your device is configured to the competition. Use the instructions HERE
- Your app (1.34.2 or higher) and firmware (1.37.0 or higher) are up to date
